Values precision, quality, professionalism, and client experience
03
Practices independently between sessions
04
Is receptive to critique, and understands that competency develops through repetition

The Opportunity

A premium one-to-one technical education

The Maÿaz Micro Locs Private Stylist Mentorship is a premium one-on-one educational experience for professionals and aspiring microloc specialists who want to develop a strong technical foundation through individualized instruction, practical application, critique, and accountability.

The mentorship is intentionally progressive. Each session builds on the previous one, so the mentee is never overloaded with technique before demonstrating understanding of the foundation.

Educational and developmental in nature. This is not a certification program.
